FAQ About Workshop Agenda

Now that you have enrolled in the 4-day seminar, the following are the most frequently asked questions.

 

 

What is the Agenda for each day?

09:00 AM

  • Registration and taking seats
  • Introduction and overview of Universal Principles, Mind-Brain connection, The power of affirmations and Mental Housecleaning
  • Practice exercises

01:00 PM

  • Lunch
  • Introduction and overview of Mental Clock and Awake control, Sleep control and Dream control, Hand Levitation and Headache control
  • Practice exercises
  • Introduction to Glass of Water technique and memory improvement
  • Practice exercises

6:30 PM

  • End of Day 1 Silva Life System

Dress

The attire for the seminar casual. Please be aware that the meeting room may be cold, so please bring a light sweater or cover up.

Food

Only one hour for lunch is set aside each day. You can either bring your own lunch and eat it on the facilities inside the venue.

Royal Botanical Gardens Location:  There is an on-site café to buy your lunch.  The nearest shopping mall, Shops at Don Mills restaurants include Panera bread, PJ Changs, St. Louis Burger, Starbucks and many other restaurants to choose from. Metro grocery store also provides many prepared foods.

Accommodation

There are many accommodations near the venue so please visit booking.com or airbnb.com to find one that is suitable for you.

Please be on time or slightly early. It is important as we have a lot of material to get through.
