Of course you can buy the book: "The Silva Mind Control Method" by Jose Silva. Why take the course? Mastering your mind requires lots of practice. In the course you get the boot camp version with 40 hours of training, including up to 15 hours of meditation giving you a reboot mentally, physically and spiritually. What is the Silva Life System?
The Silva Life System is the first part of the full program. It works to build foundational techniques in meditation, visualization, manifestation, healing and more. It offers simple, concrete and tangible techniques that are easily applied immediately to your life.
What is the Silva Intuition System?
The Silva Intuition System is the second part of the program. It offers more advanced techniques in intuition, healing and psychic abilities. You will learn to dive deeper into your higher intelligence and practice. Completion of the Silva Life System is required.
What is the Silva Four Day Immersion?
The Silva Four Day Immersion of the full Silva Method Program and offers both Parts 1 & 2 back-to-back over a 4-day weekend. The Silva Life System is taught the first 2 days, and the Silva Intuition System is taught on days 3 & 4.
